Exchanges and Refunds in Egypt

You may inspect the package before accepting it from the courier.

If there’s an issue with the size or fit, or if you choose not to receive the order for any reason, you can return it to the courier on the spot.

Please note: Partial deliveries are not accepted. Orders must be delivered in full or returned entirely.

Refunds

• Refunds are valid for 14 days.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are valid for 14 days.
• You can exchange both sizes and products.
• You can request an exchange by filling out the exchange form on our website.
• Exchanged item must be equal or higher in value than the original item.
